Maintain and support the technical network created through the Armenia School Connectivity Program (ASCP), including support to schools that are beneficiaries of the Program

Together with Project Harmony and the US Embassy to Armenia negotiate with the RA government related to the funding mechanisms from the state budget for 180 schools

Provide technical trainings to the ICC staff, support ICC staff in training teachers, pupils, and community members, and enhancing the application of ICT as an educational tool

Consult, assist, and supervise the ICC staff in creating and hosting school websites and though this enlarge the Armenian language web resources

Implement the 3rd cycle of the Mobile Lab project, which will allow to bring connection to the remote communities cut from any other means of communication

Work towards the upgrade needs of all ASCP schools

Install and utilize Internet satellite stations to bring ICT to the sites that have been recognized as especially challenging in terms of providing Internet access

Maintain and design online project websites

Establish Internet connection for 25 more ICCs throughout Armenia and provide Internet connection to the currently connected AMSCP II schools

Support Project Harmony in the implementation of specific technical aspects of the ASCP, including but not limited to web page development, web forum set up and hosting, chat platforms, program mail servers, and other technical support necessary to support Program objectives and deliverables

Conduct a videoconferencing joint activity with UNDP (in 4 centers)

Conduct a training for MOES representatives to access and generate reports from the statistical tracking system

Work towards establishing links with potential donor organizations targeted at the sustainability and expansion of the program.
