Mourad Mouradyan
Executive Director
I started to work with Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation in the capacity of Executive Director from June 2005. Prior to that, from December 2001 I held the position of Technical Department Manager at Project Harmony- Armenia for ASCP and AC 2000 programs. I have over 14 years of professional experience. I held various positions at the Ministry of Finance and Economy and at international organizations. My last position was Head of General Department of Computer and Information Technologies of the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
I was born in Yerevan. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends.
Mourad Mouradyan graduated from State Engineering University of Armenia, Department of Computer Sciences in 1992, after he graduated from Post Graduate School of State Engineering University with a Master of Science degree. He continues his education and expects to complete his PhD; the theme of the thesis is Computer Networks.
Aram Mkhitaryan
Senior Technical Coordinator/Web Developer
I joined Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation from July 2005. Prior to that, from November 12, 2002, I was employed at Project Harmony as a Web Master. Before my employment in PH I held jobs with several interesting organizations and developed an intensive professional experience. I have worked as Head of an IT Department, as a magazine editor-in-chief, and as a Technical Editor. For many years I worked as both a freelance web master and as a Web Master in Elfnet LLC. Ive got sick of computers since long and till further.
Aram Mkhitaryan graduated from the State Engineering University of Armenia, Department of Machine Sciences where he earned Masters Degree in "Strength and Dynamics of Machines".
Arevik Mouradyan
Technical Trainings Coordinator
I became part of Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation team from July 2005. I started my work experience from AL-Jes Group Ltd. undertaking a position in their computer department. I started to develop my computer training skills first at Yerevan State Pedagogical University after M. Mashtots and later at the Republican College of Arts after P. Terlemezyan and at Armenian Society of Cultural Relations. I facilitated Web Design trainings at Info Group NGO and simultaneously worked at Project Harmony-Armenia in the capacity of Junior Regional Education Coordinator. Later on from December 2004 I was employed at Project Harmony-Armenia as Technical Trainings Coordinator.
As Technical trainings coordinator I am currently responsible for organizing and supervising technical trainings, conducting Web design trainings, as well as providing assistance in the creation of educational resources.
I like Arts and Literature and am interested in the application of IT in these particular spheres. In my spare time I attend kickboxing club and dream of becoming a World Champion.
Arevik Mouradyan graduated from Yerevan State University, Department of Informatics and Applied Mathematics in 1999.
Armen Sargsyan
Technical support specialist
I started to work with Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation from July 2005. Prior to that I was employed at Project Harmony-Armenia first as Site Monitor for Armenia Connectivity 2000 program, and later as Technical trainings coordinator.
As Technical support specialist, I am responsible for evaluating technical problems, technical troubleshooting, as well as provision of technical assistance.
Armen Sargsyan earned his BS degree in Radiophysics from Yerevan State University, Department of Radiophysics.
Armenak Ayvazyan
Network Administrator
I started to work with Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation from July 2005.
Prior to that, since November 2002, I was employed at Project Harmony-Armenia as Network Administrator for the AC2K and AmSCP programs. Since 1995 I worked with different companies, such as Infocom and the RA Ministry of Transportation and Communication as System Administrator. I also worked with Meriman Ltd. in the capacity of Network Administrator.
As Network Administrator, I am currently responsible for troubleshooting the local network and Internet access, administration of local and global networks. I am fond of sports, traveling, sailing and skiing.
Armenak Ayvazyan graduated from State Engineering University of Armenia, Department of Radio Engineering in 1992; he earned his Master of Sciences degree from State Engineering University in 1994.
Gohar Katvalyan
Chief Accountant
I joined Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation team from July 2005. Prior to that I held leading positions with different organizations. I held the post of the Head of the Accounting Department of Converse Bank, held the position of Consultant in Accounting with Julis Ltd. and Nor Nairi Ltd., as well as the positions of Chief Accountant with Valensia Ltd., X group Ltd. as well as with a number of other organizations. I am currently combining this position with the position of the Director of Intermination accounting company. Professional development has always been of primary importance to me, which enabled me to participate in a number of seminars and trainings.
Gohar Katvalyan graduated from University of Economics, Department of Financial Accounting in 1990.
Maria Asmangulyan
Program Assistant
Having worked with Project Harmony-Armenia for two years I became part of Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation team from July 2005. Prior to the employment with Project Harmony, still as an undergraduate I undertook part-time employment at the National Academy of Sciences as a Translator. I graduated from Yerevan State Linguistic University after Brusov with excellence in May 2003. Having won the scholarship of the FSA Undergraduate program, I completed one year of academic study in the USA, at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. I plan on continuing my education in the field of Political Science and conquering new heights of professional and intellectual development.
I love traveling, hiking, as well as exploring new countries and cultures. I am greatly committed to the cause of the social and political development of my country and my community and I strongly believe that with joint efforts we will have a civil society and will be able to build a better future for all.
Sirekan Sahakyan
Senior Technical and Administrative Coordinator
I became part of Harmony Information Technologies and Education Development Foundation from July 2005 undertaking the position of Technical Coordinator.
Prior to that from November 2002 I worked with Project Harmony-Armenia as Technical Coordinator for AmSCP program. I have over 9 years of professional experience. I worked with the Ministry of Finance and Economy holding the position of the Head of Computer Technology Service Department. I also worked at "Boomerang Software" LLC in the capacity of Network Administrator.
I am currently responsible for coordinating and providing local network administration services, dealing with network issues at AmSCP schools, providing troubleshooting for internet access, local and global networks.
I am married, have two kids and most of all enjoy spending time with my family.
Sirekan Sahakyan graduated from State Engineering University of Armenia, Department of Cybernetics in 1994.
